Peer Mediators are central to the smooth running of playtimes and lunchtimes. They offer assistance and guidance to resolve issues that occur on the playground, often when friends have had disagreements. This is a complex role and as such requires maturity and kindness so that other children can be supported to enjoy playtime in a way that is in line with the school values of kindness, resilient, respectful and responsible.
